The V1 2 kW vertical wind turbine is an elegant solution for industrial, commercial and residential applications. The V1 is an efficient, quiet and vibration free system that is safe for our winged friends. With the iconic hex base and super strong, aircraft aluminum airfoil, it can withstand intense wind regimes or freak weather events. An optional, easy to use, hydraulic lift system can be provided for tornado and hurricane prone locations. In the event of a severe storm alert, you can quickly lower the system, remove the top connector, rapidly loosen the vane brackets and simply remove the vane assemblies from the central vane shaft. You can then store the full vane assemblies in a safe location. All this in less than 15 minutes.
